At B.TheMarket, we treat our partners’ gift card programs as if they were our own brands. We represent, manage and grow these programs beyond our partners’ own stores, reaching new customers, new channels and new markets.

What you will do

As a Business Operations Specialist, you play a key role in our daily operations. You make sure plans get executed, systems run smoothly, inboxes are managed properly, and partners and colleagues always know what to expect.

Your responsibilities include:

Operational project & product management

  • Coordinating and planning launches and product improvements

  • Implementing digital and physical gift card products

Process, inventory & webshop operations

  • End-to-end testing and operational setups

  • Inventory management, webshop operations and fulfilment coordination

Inbox management & 2nd line support

  • Managing multiple operational inboxes

  • Acting as 2nd line customer support for our brands: you solve it

Partner management

  • Operational coordination with brands, IT partners, eCommerce and fulfilment

  • Ensuring quality, timelines and continuous improvement

Process optimisation & growth mindset

  • Constantly looking for smarter, faster and better ways of working

  • Contributing as we scale up and expand internationally

Who you are

We are looking for someone with work experience who is comfortable taking responsibility.

  • You are hands-on but also analytical

  • You communicate clearly and professionally

  • You work fast, accurately and with strong prioritisation skills

  • You learn systems quickly (Microsoft tools required)

  • Basic to moderate Excel skills are a plus

  • You can switch between details and the bigger picture

  • Complexity does not scare you: it motivates you
